Terms & Conditions:
Returns: No returns on furniture, period. Once payment has been received by Classique Home Furnishings & Accents either by credit/debit card payment or via check (personal, bank draft, money order), sale is consummated and complete.
Exchanges: Exchanges can only be facilitated on goods that were damaged upon delivery to customer. Damages to products must be documented on delivery company's paperwork. Digital pictures of any and all damages should be taken & gmailed to Classique Home Furnishings in order to establish a claim with the shipping company. Requests for exchanges without any documentation etc. cannot be facilitated.
